Meet the Founder
I’ve spent nearly 20 years raising money for organizations that change lives.
Now I help the people doing that work do it better.
I’m Amy Sexton Stanislavski — founder of RD Pro Coach and Principal Consultant at AES Consulting. Before I built this platform, I spent nearly two decades in the field: raising over $750 million, directing development teams, closing major gifts, managing campaigns across a wide range of organizations, and learning — sometimes the hard way — what actually works and what sounds good in theory.
In my senior leadership role at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, I was part of a team that supported, coached and directed development operations that generated $330M+ annually. I’ve personally closed six, seven and eight-figure gifts and trained hundreds of development professionals across the country.
I’m a CFRE and the Immediate Past President/President Elect of the AFP Northwest Indiana Chapter. I’ve presented at regional and national conferences, and I know what it’s like to sit across from a major donor, negotiate a campaign timeline, and explain to a board chair why their strategy isn’t working — and what to do instead.
RD Pro Coach exists because I kept seeing the same pattern: talented, hardworking development professionals operating without a real system. Not because they weren’t capable — because nobody had ever given them one. They were stitching things together from workshops, outdated textbooks, and whatever their predecessor left behind in a shared drive.
That’s not a skills problem.
That’s a resources problem.
And it’s one I can actually solve.
Everything inside RD Pro Coach — the templates, the tools, the webinar content, the coaching — comes from real campaigns. Not hypotheticals. Not best practices from 2015. Strategies I’ve used, refined, and seen work across organizations of different sizes, sectors, and budget levels.
I’ll be direct with you: I built this platform because I think development professionals deserve better support than they’re getting. I’m not here to sell you a mindset shift or a morning routine. I’m here to give you the systems, the tools, and the guidance to raise more money — and to do it without burning out in the process.
Raising more and stressing less isn’t a tagline. It’s the whole point.
