Accessibility Statement

Every fundraiser should be able to use these tools, including people who use assistive technology.

The RD Pro Coach is committed to making this website and our member resources usable by as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we are doing

  • Testing the site with keyboard-only navigation and automated accessibility checks.
  • Checking color contrast across our brand colors.
  • Making new downloadable resources accessible, and updating older ones over time.
  • Reviewing the site again whenever we make significant changes.

If any page, template, or recording is hard to use, tell us and we will get you what you need, whether that is an accessible document, a transcript, or help completing a purchase. Email info@therdprocoach.com and we will respond within two business days.

Third-party tools

Some features are provided by partners, including Stripe for payments, Clerk for sign-in, and YouTube for some recordings. We choose partners that support accessibility, but we do not control their interfaces. If one of them gets in your way, contact us and we will help another way.
